Hello, I’m Dayle

Therapy that feels human.

I’m an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and therapist based on the Gold Coast. I'm passionate about supporting people through life’s transitions. My journey into therapy began with a deep belief that healing happens in safe, non-judgmental spaces. Over the years, I’ve worked with diverse clients, with a special focus on emotional resilience and empowering people to work through life's challenges.

Pregnancy & parenthood

Support through pregnancy, parenthood and everything in between.

Pregnancy and early parenthood can bring enormous emotional, physical and identity changes. You may feel anxious, overwhelmed, low, exhausted or unlike yourself.

Therapy offers a compassionate space to process birth experiences, pregnancy loss, changing relationships, identity shifts and the realities of becoming a parent.

Access Medicare rebates through a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, making quality mental health support more affordable.

Secure telehealth

Confidential online therapy sessions are available from anywhere in Australia.

Appointments

$150 per session

50 minute appointments are available on the Gold Coast and by secure telehealth.

Referral information

Medicare rebates

If you have a valid Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $89.50 per session for up to 10 sessions each calendar year. This reduces your gap fee to $60.50 per session. Payment is due on the day of your appointment, and eligible Medicare rebates can generally be processed after your session.

Changes to appointments

Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur the full consultation fee.

Flexible support

Cost should not stand between you and support.

If finances are making therapy difficult, please reach out. Everyone’s circumstances are different and options can be discussed where possible.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step. These answers may help make the process a little clearer.

What can I expect in my first therapy session?

Your first session is a chance to meet Dayle, talk about what has brought you to therapy and discuss what you would like support with. There is no pressure to share everything at once.

Do I need a referral?

You can book privately without a referral. A referral or eligible Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP may be needed if you would like to claim a Medicare rebate.

Can I claim a Medicare rebate?

Medicare rebates may be available for eligible clients with an appropriate GP referral or Mental Health Treatment Plan. Your GP can advise whether you qualify.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes. Secure and confidential telehealth appointments are available to clients across Australia.

How long are appointments?

Standard appointments are 50 minutes.

What if I need to cancel?

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice where possible. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur the full consultation fee.

Is therapy confidential?

Therapy is confidential, with limited exceptions where disclosure is required by law or needed to address a serious risk of harm. These limits can be discussed at your first appointment.
